Introduction

By creating an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of QT777, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any future amendments published on this page. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on QT777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout the period during which your account remains active:

• You are aged 21 years or above. QT777 strictly prohibits access by minors. This age threshold applies regardless of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended account on the QT777 platform under any name, alias, or identity.
• Your participation in online gambling activities is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location prior to registration.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a QT777 employee, unless explicit written approval has been granted by the QT777 management team.
• You have not been placed on a self-exclusion list by QT777 or any other gaming platform with which QT777 has a shared exclusion arrangement.

Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account with QT777, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes, without limitation, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. The information you provide must correspond exactly to your official identity documents.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on QT777. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting"), whether under the same or different identities, is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon detection of multi-accounting, QT777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all outstanding balances across those accounts, and permanently ban the individual from re-registering.

4.3 KYC Verification

All accounts are subject to QT777's KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identity document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) and proof of address. Withdrawal requests above RM500 in a single transaction will typically trigger mandatory KYC review. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days will result in account suspension.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. QT777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account protection. You must notify QT777's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. QT777 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

QT777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: FPX (Financial Process Exchange) bank transfers, DuitNow instant transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB) are also accepted. All payment instruments used must be registered in your own name and must correspond to the verified identity on your QT777 account.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per day and per week may vary depending on your account verification status and VIP tier. High-value withdrawal requests may require additional documentation and processing time.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

QT777 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 3 minutes for verified accounts using standard Malaysian banking channels. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, for accounts pending KYC verification, or for withdrawals flagged for manual review under our anti-fraud protocols.

5.4 Own Funds Declaration

By making a deposit, you declare that the funds you deposit are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. QT777 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any account.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by QT777 are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion. These promotion-specific terms are published on the relevant promotional page and must be read in conjunction with this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the more restrictive provision shall apply.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is specified in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

QT777 takes a firm stance against bonus abuse in any form. This includes, but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets across platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage), exploiting promotional loopholes, and any coordinated strategy designed to withdraw bonus funds without genuine gameplay intent. QT777 reserves the right to cancel bonus funds and reverse any related withdrawals where abuse is detected.

6.4 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, on their first qualifying deposit. One welcome bonus package per household, per device, and per payment method applies. QT777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time.

Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All slot games on QT777 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure statistical fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate and based on long-run theoretical calculations. 7.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software bug that materially affects the outcome of a game or wager, QT777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. QT777 will not honour winning outcomes that are directly and demonstrably the result of a technical error.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the QT777 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and permanent ban:

• Opening an account if you are under the age of 21.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating more than one account on the platform under any identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in an automated manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports event results.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, technical glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Placing wagers using funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Using the platform in a manner that disrupts, degrades, or impairs its operation for other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or reproduce any portion of the QT777 platform or its software.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing QT777 staff or other platform users in any communication channel.

Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Suspension by QT777

QT777 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) QT777 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms and Conditions; (b) a Player's account activity triggers AML or fraud monitoring alerts; (c) a Player has not completed required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe; or (d) any regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires account restriction.

9.2 Termination by Player

Players may close their account at any time by contacting QT777's support team via live chat or email. Upon request to close, any outstanding real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to successful KYC verification.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account (whether by the Player or by QT777), all Bonus Funds and any promotional credits that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited. QT777 will retain transaction records and KYC documentation in accordance with applicable data retention obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QT777, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or connected to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or losses arising from system downtime or technical malfunctions.

QT777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of all claims arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. QT777 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the platform at their own risk.

Responsible Gambling
